Maddy Sober is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who provides individual psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and adults. Maddy utilizes a variety of evidence based strategies focusing largely on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Maddy works with a broad range of mental health issues including anxiety disorders, behavioral disorders, mood disorders, neurodevelopmental disorders (ADHD and ASD), coping/adjustment difficulties, and interpersonal challenges. Maddy has a niche for working with young children and adolescents and has specialized training and experience in this area. Maddy is committed to providing the highest level of care and facilitating positive change through her supportive yet practical approach. Maddy is also the Director of Operations for the Mind Health Institute, Newport Beach.
