Sara Reed, M.S.
We are delighted to welcome back Sara Reed, who has a strong history with Mind Health Institute, Newport Beach. Over four years ago, Sara became an integral part of our team as an administrative assistant while also pursuing her Master of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Sports Psychology.
For the past 3.5 years, Sara has been deeply involved in college athletics, holding various roles that allowed her to connect with athletes, coaches, and support staff. Her experience in this dynamic environment has honed her ability to foster collaboration, build strong relationships, and promote holistic well-being. Now, Sara is thrilled to take on the role of Director of Client Services and Community Outreach at Mind Health Institute, Newport Beach and Laguna Beach. With a genuine passion for helping others, she is eager to make a positive impact on the lives of clients and the community at large. Sara's blend of academic expertise, compassion, and dedication makes her a valuable asset to the team, and she is excited to contribute to the mission of promoting mental health and wellness.
